Using the very latest Photoshop editing software, I am able to create unique works of art from photographs. Whether changing a color photograph into black and white or to sepia, creating a custom action poster or custom creative collage, I strive to perfect every image and to deliver a professional product to a satisfied client.
Fine Photography
Using the latest professional Canon digital equipment and an array of professional lenses, photographs are taken in picturesque outdoor settings. I strive to ensure that each photo session is professional, relaxed and fun.
All photos are professionally retouched and artistically enhanced to ensure the best possible final portrait. Final selections are printed on archival quality photo paper and custom sizes are available.
Special Event & Sports Photography
I am available to take photos at sporting events, children’s parties or celebrations or to take Team/Group and individual photos. Pricing varies depending on the event. Typically, special event photos have less post processing than fine photography. However, each purchased photo is personally zoomed, cropped, and color corrected before printing and shipping. Online purchasing is available for these photos in a variety of sizes. These photos can also be purchased as gift items, such as mouse pads, key chains or magnets.
Note: Client’s choosing to select photos from an event to be used for an Action Sports Poster or Creative Collage do not incur a photo session fee.
Photo Restoration & Retouching
Photo restoration and retouching services are available on an hourly basis. Damaged and/or faded photographs may be restored to preserve your family history.
Photo retouching is available on an hourly basis. Glamorization, removal of distracting elements, clothing color changes, etc. can enhance your photographs.
Action Posters
An Action Poster transforms your child’s sport and activity photos into a unique and attractive works of art. These individualized posters can be customized with school colors and themes and make great gifts. Posters can be created for one sport or activity or for a combination. No two posters are alike. I am happy to help you select the photos that are best suited for an Action Poster.
If a client prefers to submit personal photos to be used for a poster, it is important to remember that the better the photographs, the better the poster. Photographs should be clean and crisp and contain minimal background noise. Preferably, high-resolution digital photos are used but personal photographs can be scanned. When submitting personal photographs, it is recommended that a variety of photos be submitted so that I can choose the most appropriate poses. The client’s personal photographs will be handled with care.
KM Photography & Design will be happy to schedule a photo session prior to the design of the poster. Photo session fees apply.
Remember…photos taken during a special event or sporting event can be used and there is no photo session charge associated with the use of these photos!
